Well what made me start baking may be the first question to answer. It was the discovery of another blog and extremely imaginative baker Bakerella
I discovered something here that I'd never seen before.. Cake Pops! I was intrigued by these sweet little treats and set off to the local supermarket to stock up on ingredients to try out this new phenomenon.
They were a great success and I was well and truly hooked. A bite-sized ball of deliciousness that could be personalised a million and one ways, what was not to love?!
My first ever Cake-Pops ..The pink ones were vanilla sponge inside and the blue ones chocolate.
It got me thinking about what else I could do with them though... I needed to expand on these plain pops...
